This qualification includes two units:
- Introduction to Bookkeeping
- Principles of Bookkeeping Controls
These two units assume no previous bookkeeping experience and teach the rules of double entry. By the end of these units you will be able to process business transactions and create a set of accounting records to produce a Trial Balance.
Units are examined by computer based assessments which can be sat at any approved AAT exam centre. The results are provided within 24 hours.
How long will it take me?
The Foundation Certificate in Bookkeeping is achievable in 3 months. These courses are available as either a classroom or online course.
